Refund policy

Custom articles cannot be refunded, as dictates article 59 of the Italian Codice del Consumo. All items in which a specific measurement is provided are to be considered custom, included the ones that feature a double hem.

All other items can absolutely be sent back within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are clean, intact and still in their original packaging. As specified in article 57 of Italian Codice del Consumo, the shipping fees are to be payed by the buyer.
